Your Milestone Church Profile is the best way to stay connected to everything going on at Milestone and your campus. Through your profile, you can connect with your Small Group, update your contact information, submit a prayer request, and access your giving history. The Milestone team is always looking for ways to add value to you and your family in this area, so please check back later to see what’s new! 

If you are creating a profile for the first time, you can sign up by registering here. It will ask you just a few simple questions. Then our system will send a confirmation email to you. Simply follow the instructions in that email to finish setting up your account.

If you decide to give online or by text, the sign-in information is separate from your Milestone Church Profile but there is a link in your profile to take you to the page to manage your giving under Manage Account. For any other questions or concerns about online giving or signing into our giving system, please email our Accounting Support team.

Yes! There is a section on your Profile: My Groups that shows all groups you are currently leading or participating in. You can also register and manage your small group there. Your sign-in information for the Small Groups Dashboard will be the same as Milestone Church Profile.

Yes! To make it easy and simple, the sign-in information to your Milestone Church Profile and Small Groups Finder are both linked together.

You may have created a new profile that was not matched to what we already had in our system. We automatically correct most of these unmatched profiles every day, so please check back in 24 hours to see if we've resolved this issue on our end. Only minor children living in your household are connected to your family's Milestone Church Profile. When someone turns 18 years old, they are placed into their own household.

First, please be sure you are logged into your Milestone Church Profile. Then, complete the Request Profile Change Form to notify us of those changes.
